Our shared servers were rebooted once during that time as part of a normal kernel upgrade, which is an ordinary and necessary part of maintaining a web hosting server. Upgrading to the latest kernel helps assure your data remains as secure as possible.
Reboots about 5 minutes to complete, and are always done during the overnight hours, to minimize the number of visitors who might be impacted.
